We don’t only offer workouts, we also offer the chance to socialise and meet/make new friends. We recognise the importance of socialising for mental health and the ongoing need to make people feel more included into friendly community.

Our workouts for older adults are designed to counteract these effects, promoting strength to combat muscle atrophy, enhancing bone density, and improving joint mobility.

CHOOSE YOUR WORKOUT PLAN

Pick from any of 3 intensity levels with workouts focusing on strength, balance, co-ordination or general fitness. 

LEVEL 1

BEGINNER LEVEL

Workouts consist of only seated exercise. For individuals who struggle or can’t walk, or haven’t exercised for a long time and want to start from a lower level

LEVEL 2

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

Workouts will be split into a mix of seated exercises and standing exercises, these are for individuals who want to improve strength, balance and overall fitness to transfer into better quality of everyday life

LEVEL 3

EXPERT LEVEL

Workouts will consist of a higher intensity, longer duration workouts to get the best out of overall health and fitness for individuals who are already active and mobile but want to gain or maintain fitness to improve longevity
